Prayer resources for special ‘Week of Prayer’ in response to Covid-19 crisis

The Diocese has prepared special Prayer Resources for those who wish to take part in Derry and Raphoe’s ‘Week of Prayer’ in response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis.

Parishioners and clergy are invited to sign up for half-hour prayer slots between 9am and 9pm next week and form a ‘chain of prayer’ across the diocese. People can do so individually or in groups (so long as social distancing guidelines are adhered to) and Bishop Andrew hopes to turn the chain into “a tidal wave of prayer”.

To get involved, simply email or call 02871 377013 (0044 2871 377013 from the Republic) to book a slot. These are available between nine in the morning and nine at night from Monday 27th April until Sunday 3rd May (inclusive).

We’d love to hear from you. Please pray your part.
