Donagheady Parish hold their Christmas Gift Fayre in Earlsgift Church Hall on Saturday 7th December from 11am to 4pm. Festival of Christmas Trees in Raphoe

St Eunan’s Cathedral, Raphoe is holding its first ever Festival of Christmas Trees, from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th December. The festival will feature more than 40 trees and all proceeds will go towards the ‘Cathedral Restoration Project 2020’.

The Festival will open with a Community Carol Service in St Eunan’s Cathedral on Friday 6th December at 8pm.

Rickety Wheel and Cake Sale in Ballymagorry

Fundraising Concert in Donemana

Narnia Comes to Killeter

St Bestius’ Parish Church in Killeter will undergo a dramatic make-over on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November. The church will be transformed into Narnia for a live performance of C.S. Lewis’s ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.’ ‘Narnia Comes to Killeter’ will also be available every subsequent weekend right up to Christmas with proceeds going to the Bright and Beautiful Restoration Fund.

The Strabane Players in Ballykelly

Nativity Festival

The Christmas story will be brilliantly reimagined at the three-day Nativity Festival in Innisrush Parish Church. Local people, schools and businesses are all contributing to the displays. The festival will open on Friday 22nd November at 2pm, and continue until the evening of Sunday 24th November, when there’ll be a Closing Service at 7.30pm.

Creative Ministry Event

The Derry and Raphoe Board of Mission and Unity’s ‘Creative Ministry in a Challenging World’ event will take place in Glendermott Parish Hall, Londonderry on Tuesday 26th November from 7.30-9.30pm.  The event – a seminar followed by workshops – will hear the experiences of clergy elsewhere who have engaged in pioneering ministry and is aimed at anyone who wants to see vitality in their church. There will be a video message of commendation from our Bishop-designate, Ven. Andrew Forster.
