The Right Reverend Kenneth Raymond Good, B.A. Hons (Nottm), M.Ed., H.Dip.Ed., D.P.S.
Bishop Ken Good was born on 1 November 1952 and educated at Trinity College, Dublin where he was ordained in 1977. He began his career as a Curate in Belfast after which he was Chaplain and Head of Religious Education at Ashton School, Cork.
Bishop Ken married Mary on 28th July 1977 and today they have three grown children, Jenny, Peter and Andrew who live all over the UK.
In 1984 he became Rector of Dunganstown, diocese of Glendalough; and in 1990 of Shankill Parish Lurgan in Dromore diocese. His final appointment before elevation to the Episcopate was as Archdeacon of Dromore. Bishop Ken was elected Bishop of Derry and Raphoe on 13 March and consecrated on 11 June 2002.
