For the first time ever, though, the Diocese of Derry and Raphoe, is getting a Teddy Bear Bible Festival. It is being organised by the Parish of Tamlaght O’Crilly Lower and the organisers promise to “bring Bible stories to life”.
The festival will be opened formally this evening at a service in Saint Nossonus’ Church which begins at 8pm. The festival will be open to parishioners and visitors from 11am to 7pm today; from 10am to 8pm on Saturday 17th June; and from 2.30 to 6.30pm on Sunday 18th. Closing service on Sunday 18th June at 7.30pm.
